We do not offer returns, but items (excluding Mala jewellery, earrings, and intimates) can be exchanged if they are unopened, unworn, unused, and in new condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Please review item descriptions and photos carefully to understand sizing, materials, and any handmade variations before making your purchase. Handmade jewellery may have slight imperfections that add to its unique charm.

Exchange Process:

Exchanges are hassle-free and free of return shipping or handling fees when made in person at our physical location during our opening hours within 14 days of the shipping date.

If exchanged after 14 days, a merchandise credit will be issued.

Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days.

Prior notification is required for returns of damaged or defective items or for exchanges. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted or refunded.

When returning items, please ensure to obtain a tracking number. We cannot guarantee receipt of the item without a tracking number, and without it, we are unable to process an exchange.
