Refund policy

We don't do returns but items (excluding Mala jewellery, earrings and all intimates) can be exchanged provided they are un-worn, un-opened, unused and in new condition. 
All original tags/ packaging must be attached and you’ll need a valid receipt.

Purchases can be easily exchanged for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) to our physical space (during opening hours) within 14 days of the shipping date.
After 14 days: we’ll issue you a merchandise credit.
After 30 days: we will no longer accept exchanges.

If you received a gift that you’d like to exchange please contact for help. 
You can exchange the item within 14 days of the shipping date, or exchange it for a merchandise credit within 30 days of the shipping date.

All sale and discounted items are a final sale.

If you're sending an item back to us, you should get a tracking number. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item if you don't and if we don't get it we can't exchange it.
