Tis' the season for weddings, prom and graduations! There will be pictures taken during all of these occasions so I strongly advise that you not show up looking mental. The best way to achieve great hair without the stress is to enlist the help of a professional! Today my good friend (seen below) did just that!
To create this look, I began by curling all of her hair with a flat iron. This smoothed out any fly aways and frizzy bits. I used AG Hair Cosmetics Firewall Argan Flat Iron Spray to prevent breakage and add shine.
I sprayed each curl with L'oreal Paris Elnett Hairspray. I chose this product because it combs out so nicely and you never want to commit to one shape or one direction, until the entire look is complete.
I tied the hair into two, low ponytails, teased a small section of hair directly below the crown to build a bit of height and then intertwined them.
The bun was stationed low enough on her head to avoid looking frumpy but the style is structured enough to look formal.
I used AG Hair Cosmetics Smoothing Balm on the ends of each curl once they were pined in place. I smoothed her fringe with a flat iron and finished the entire look with Sebastian Shaper Plus Hairspray.
If you're going to a wedding and you're not the bride (or in the wedding the party) you want a look that says: "I'm dressed up, I'm pretty but I'm not here to steal the show".
This is a look that does just that!
